Secret Service agents quickly escorted presidential candidate Donald Trump off stage during a speech in Reno, NV after a protester in the crowd rushed towards him.
Initial reports stated that the protestor was armed, but no weapon was found on him by the Secret Service after he was taken to the ground.
A few mintues after the fracas, Trump returned the stage to continue his speech, to the applause of the crowd.
“Nobody said it was going to be easy for us, but we will never be stopped. Never ever be stopped,” Trump said. “I want to thank the Secret Service. These guys are fantastic – they don’t get enough credit,” he said.
With just hours go to before Tuesday’s election, both Trump and Clinton are scrambling to close out their campaigns strong.
